The company, with the main goal of serving its customers, makes every possible effort on a daily basis so that its customers are happy. The creation of the specific e-shop under the name "shoptel.gr", aims to provide immediate service and viewing of our products in any corner of the primary Greece and then the global market, immediately with a simple click, at any time and time of day. Internet purchases now become a simple process, always subject to the adequacy of the company's stocks.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS

All prices quoted for products available through SHOPTEL include 24% VAT and do not include shipping or cash on delivery costs. These prices refer to the products and quantities available in SHOPTEL'S warehouse, while the company reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.

PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

shoptel, with the aim of facilitating transactions and providing you with immediate service, provides all the following payment options:

Cash on delivery: Valid only for shipments within Greece and the additional cost amounts to €2.50 (including VAT 24%). Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel by the courier company we work with.

Credit card :

By choosing to pay with your credit or debit card, you will be taken to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank, which offers you the most secure way of paying with your card. The process is completed in a short period of time and during it, no personal information (including your card details) is stored in shoptel.gr.

order cancellation

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. It constitutes a binding offer to purchase the products in question at the total price indicated when submitting the order, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you are entitled as a guest/customer.

You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent according to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (as long as you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and are not legally bound to enter into a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be placed by legally incompetent persons.
Your order is completed upon its acceptance by Shoptel by sending a written confirmation (confirmation email) to you at the email address (email) you indicated when submitting the order. In the event that you do not receive an order confirmation message, please contact Shoptel at  info@shoptel.gr  in order to request that your order be successfully submitted.
For any order cancellation (total or partial) you should send an email to info@shoptel.gr or call 210-5222810 (Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00). This possibility is given to you, strictly, until the moment when the order is sent by us. After this point it is not possible to cancel and you can now return and change your order once you have received it.

PRODUCT WARRANTY-REPAIR

All the products available at the Shoptel.gr store are covered by the official Manufacturer's warranty, where it exists, in accordance with the applicable laws in favor of consumers, thus making your online purchases safe, secure and accessible just like in any other physical store.

In addition, the products undergo a technical check (where possible) for their correct operation.

The Store does not offer any further guarantee (time or otherwise), except in cases where this is expressly provided for.

PRODUCT RETURNS / EXCHANGES

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you are only charged for the direct cost of returning the products and the cost of the original shipment.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. wrong item, etc.).

In case you want to return the products you bought, please inform us immediately by email at info@shoptel.gr  or by phone at 210-5222810 Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00.

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 7 days from the date we receive the products.

Exchange with another product:

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, we will change the product only after consultation, either by phone at 210-5222810 Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00, or by email at  info@shoptel.gr

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For Greece, the change costs are determined based on the volumetric weight of the shipping package (according to the courier company).

Kilograms according to the courier company are calculated volumetrically.

(Plus €2.50 if you want to pay the difference by cash on delivery)

In the event of an error by the company in sending the product or a defective product, the shipping costs are borne by the company.

You can make your return with any other courier company at your own risk and charge.

ATTENTION: Until the product reaches us it is your responsibility, therefore it is important to take care of its safe transport to avoid any damage or loss and therefore inability to return it.

money return

If you want a refund, all you have to do is call us at 210-5222810 Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 or send us an email at  info@shoptel.gr  to inform us of your return. You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Return costs are borne by you alone. Refunds are made for the value of the products, and shipping and cash on delivery are not refundable.

In our returns form you write that you want your money back. The IBAN account number, the name of the bank and beneficiary is written in the field of our data. The money is deposited within the next 7 working days.

Very important to know about returns:

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and nothing is missing from its packaging (tags, etc.) and the proof of purchase must be included in the package.

Until the product reaches us it is your responsibility, so it is important to take care of its safe transport to avoid any damage and therefore inability to return it.

Non-returnable products:

 For reasons of hygiene, products or clothing accessories such as eyeglasses and sunglasses, bracelets, pendants, underwear of all kinds, corsets, socks, tights, shorts, as well as other personal care & hygiene items such as shavers, hair clippers, epilators, are not returned or exchanged creams, lotions, cosmetics, perfumes, massage devices, slimming belts, hearing aids etc. if unsealed or used.

Discount products, offer products as well as special discount products (  Black Friday / Cyber ​​Monday ) are not returned but can only be exchanged for products of equal or greater value, the difference being charged to the consumer. 

CAUTION.  We do not accept returns (for cancellation) of products that have been made to order, or the product has been special ordered by a partner for its availability.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that when receiving the parcel from the courier company, you look on the outside of the parcel for any alterations or obvious defects inside it and on our products, in order to take the necessary responsibilities immediately. In the event that a product is returned and after our own quality control is found to be defective, we must contact you to resolve the issue.

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER RULES

Shoptel reserves the right to modify or update these terms in writing without notice, which will be effective from the date they are posted on the online store. Failure to exercise any right of Shoptel cannot be interpreted as a waiver thereof. 
Your navigation, use and dealing with Shoptel is governed by European Union law as well as relevant international treaties. Any dispute that arises during navigation, use and transaction with the store will be submitted for adjudication to the competent courts.
Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. 

USER RESPONSIBILITY

As a visitor/customer, by accepting these terms and browsing Shoptel, you hereby declare that you are legally able to enter into a contract as well as to use the online store under the terms and conditions stated herein. Also, as a visitor/customer of Shoptel you agree and accept that you are responsible for all use of the store as well as the use of your account on it by others – including people who live with you and thus agree to supervise any use that is done by minors using your account or name. 

DIFFERENCE

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can inform us if you wish, under these conditions conditions, the completion of your order. Shoptel is not responsible for any situation beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.

In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that a product (or some) is missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the details required and send you the products that you did not receive without any additional charge.

Modification of the terms hereof: www.shoptel.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and since an unreasonably long period of time has passed since the order was placed), please contact a representative of www.shoptel.gr. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend that you quote the special order code that has been sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
